XX February 2016 – Leading figures from across the global cosmetic industry will gather in Paris to lead in-cosmetics’ renowned educational programme from 12-14 April.

Another eagerly anticipated session will follow on 13 April, day two of the show, with Oru Mohiuddin of Euromonitor offering insight into the trends affecting multicultural beauty. Firstly looking at how the term is defined, Mohiuddin will go on to discuss how the practice of carrying multiple solutions for groups based on cultural and physiological traits is helping it to gain ground.

Lucille Gauthier, Senior Designer at Peclers, will offer thoughts on what will be expected of beauty products in winter 2018. Meanwhile, Stirling Murray of The Red Tree will discuss whether mergers and acquisitions are a trend shaping the future. Additionally, a special roundtable discussion will run to debate the best way to launch green products and visitors will be able to find out about the latest green, natural and organic global trends.

Lipotec, Cargill, Gattefossé, SILAB, AkzoNobel Surface Chemistry LLC and Mibelle Biochemistry are just some of the companies that will be present.

The purpose-built Formulation Lab will house benches and a range of equipment along with exhibitors, including Evonik, Ashland and Lucas Meyer. Company representatives will host one-hour sessions, allowing finished product manufacturers to learn from the experts who are driving innovation in the sector. Meanwhile, the Sensory Bar will house a ‘try-out’ area where visitors can test innovative textures and new sensations.
